What will I learn in this program?
You'll gain a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and key FDA and ICH regulatory framworks. You'll also learn about documentation, accountabilty and quality principles that ensure safe, compliant products.
Are there different program levels?
Yes! The GeneBio Training Program offers two levels:
Core Training - Level 1: Learn the fundamentals of life sciences quality, compliance, and documentation at your own pace. Ideal for those exploring the industry or preparing for their first interview.
Level 2: Includes everything in Level 1 plus hands on instruction, mentorship and personalized career support. Youll recieve live coaching, practicle excercises, and direct feedback to help you apply what you learn to stand out to recruiters and employers.
How long does it take to complete the program?
Level 1 - The Core Training, is designed to be completed in about 4-6 weeks, depending on your schedule and learning pace. Because the core program is self paced, you can move faster or slower based on your comfort level. You'll recieve lifetime access to all materials, updates, and future resources.
Level 2 - Guided Career Accelerator, is designed to be completed in approximately 60 Days. This program combines the core training with guided mentorship, applied assignments, and live, recorded coaching sessions.
What types of jobs does this prepare me for?
After completing the program, you will recieve a certificate of completion. This will allow you to pursue roles as Manufacturing Associate, Material Handler or QA Technician with Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device companies. These are solid entry points with room for growth.
Will this help me find a job?
Yes, level 1 gives you the foundation knowledge you need to confidently enter the life science industry. You will recieve self paced training materials, downloadable tools, and real world expamples designed to help you understand regulations, manuffacturing environments, and what employers are looking for. While this level does not included personalized coaching, it equips you with the essential background and language to stand out when applying for entry level roles.
With the Level 2 training (Guided Training): we take it a step further. you will recieve one on one guidance, resume review, interview preparation, and LinkedIn optimization to help position you for your new areer in life sciences. Our goal is to help you stand out and transition successfully into your new career. We will provide you with the tools, strategies, and personalized support to help you get results.
