With more than 35 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Biopharma and Medical Device operations, she has built and led high performing teams across manufacturing and quality functions. 

Over the years, Rebecca has developed and trained countless individuals into entry level role, many of whom have gone on to achieve long term success and leadership positions in the industry. Her mission is to make complex concepts in quality and compliance accessible, helping people recognize their transferable skills and build confidence in regulated environments.
